Still haven't received my order!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order on the 29th of October due to be delivered on the 6th of November.

Ever since I placed that order, I received no communication regarding the status of my order. I expected an sms on the 6th of November letting me know what time the order will be delivered but nothing came through. I tracked my order the whole day with no further update. Only at 14:18 do I see an update (online not sms) saying it will be delivered between 08:00 and 19:00

As I write this review, it is 19:00 on the dot and I still haven't received my order. I'm checking online to see if someone can help with ANY information only to find that working hours are until 18:00.

Why on earth schedule a delivery for latest 19:00 if you only work until 18:00???????

It's the 07th of November and still no delivery and no communication. I called this morning and they are telling me that there's been a delay and that my order is still on its way to the branch so I might not get my order until the next 2days. Everything has been fine with takealot until this order. ****ty service I must say 🤬🤬🤬🤬
