Still good. Some improvements needed.

Takealot continues to be amazing. I have been using them since 2016 And i have never had issues they couldn't resolve. They have replaced damaged items and picked up the damaged ones for free. They have refunded put of stock items. The delivery is always quick, and of not, they tell you before placing the order. That last star is missing because 1. If you order 2 bedside tables they will cancel your order for one, refund you and not explain to you why this refund is happening. 2. Sometimes the face sees and creams they give you are not what you ordered. This has happened twice. I chose not to make a hassle because the ones they sente were less than R10 cheaper than the ones i paid for. Once i bought a Dr Rashel serum and got an under eye gel. The other time i bought an aloe Vera gel and received a vitamin E gel.
