Still awaiting refund!

<p>Oder Number: ********** </p> <p>I placed this order on 06/12/2016 & cancelled this order on the same day. I was advised that 2 items in this order could not be cancelled. I was told that it would be delivered, however, I could reject the order and then my refund would be processed. This happened last week Monday / tuesday and after phoning one again this morning, I have been advised that my parcel is still with the courier. This has been over a week now and I feel this is completely unacceptable. It is a refund of R448.00. I would like an answer other than "we will escalate this"</p>
