Still awaiting my order-happens every 2nd order

<p>Wondering whether any plans to have the infrastructure to service your regular customers when you're running sales.It seems whenever you run a sale delivery and systems fall through completely.Order num is ********** 5 ,I received a SMS confirming delivery this past fri,its 16:30 on tues and I receive a call from your outsourced courier service fast and furious couriers to basically say delivery won't happen today and they not sure when it will happen. </p> <p> </p> <p>Most frustrating to me is that I am a brand manager and part of my porfolio Is the selling of our products via the takealot website ,I wonder how many of our customers are waiting for their orders?</p>
