Still awaiting my order.

Absolutely ridiculous service!!! how takelot service has tanked will never use takelot again!! I have been waiting for my order all day it is saying out for delivery and it will be delivered before 5pm it is now almost 6pm with no communication about the delay I tried phoning which was a nightmare eventually I got a number to go trough and then waited and waited then someone eventually answered and all I could hear was which seemed like a party in the background I tried again and same thing your service is a joke!!! No wonder your hellopeter rating is so low.
