Still Awaiting my delivery

I ordered a book a book on the 10th September and I paid R95 for my book to be delivered the next day ****h September). Today is the 14th September and my book is still not delivered. No one is calling to tell me about my order. I need my book TODAY with my R95 refunded into my bank account. I am getting tired of Takealot trying to exploit me. GIVE ME MY BOOK.
