Still await call for credit on broken phone

Its been more than 21 days since I returned my phone that went dead which does not even charge or comes on.After I asked takealot agent through email about 21 days no response from supplier credit.They do not update me anymore.Here is my return reference MRRN-A7Y9K-4GP7.Please can your agent call me so I can request a credit.
