Steaming and very angry

I've e been shopping at takealot fir some time niw and it seems the service is slacking. My delivery was supposed to arrive on Saturday, then tjey rescheduled for Sunday. Now its Monday. Well i won't be hime monday so tried to call them twice and both times was put on hild till the call drops. I am steaming. This order was suppose to be a present for n fried today.
