*****ing of order?

I placed an order, paid for it but 5 phone calls later, 4 emails later and still no order???? Takealot is not taking any blame on incorrect delivery of orders - this problem is for the customer???? The order was delivered to an unknown person not listed on the order......... Perhaps this is a new method to *****??????
