*****ing my purchased ebooks

Takealot Retail company *****ing from Customers.

I bought books with Kalahari.com before Takealot took over and all the downloaded apps changed automatically to Takealot and it was taking over all the apps and my account was automatically transferred meaning that I didn’t have to subscribe to Takealot and we were informed through correspondence about changes. I’ve always used IPhone since 2011 and been upgrading as I lose my phones or a phone gets broken. Being a traveler I’ve resorted to buying ebooks or kindle so as not to stress with the weight. My devices are all synced so I don’t loose information.

Now I go on my takealot eReader to download books Purchased and to my disgust I’m told that the token is not available and they cannot help me. So in other words I have to buy these books again. They are *****ing from customers.
