Order was placed, I was unhappy with the product and returned it for a refund. I got a email stating it a credit as I wanted a credit on my account rather than a refund. This was in June

Now I am wanting to use it and the coupon code doesn’t exist – apparently it is “expired” please tell me how does a credit expire for something I purchased and returned? This is not a “promotional coupon”

My sons birthday is 16 July and since what I want to order is not in stock eta is 14 July yet no one can sort this out for me?

This is absolutely unacceptable
