*****ing money.

I bought an item from you which was broken so i returned it which took like 4 days,The person who runs this account made a deal with me which then i had to get out of you guys and i eventually did which was R100 .I got the product and it was broken AGAIN ,i lodged a return and to get credited for the item and now i see i only got R55 credit?The remaining R100 is where??? It should not fall part of the goodwill gesture .
