Stay away they are sinking fast

Today made me realise that this boat is really sinking and now consumers must suffer. I ordered using cash on delivery, and takealot told me a 3rd party would deliver my parcel and that they won't ship it until I make an electronic payment to their account, of which I did immediately. Followed up as I saw it was not updated on the app. They assured me it will be updated before delivery. Now delivery guy delivers expecting money and my parcel could not be delivered. Takealot is the worse platform to order on at the moment. I will make sure everyone I ever got into using dead platform to leave it ASAP. To have an urgent delivery turned back due to *********** people who treat us like non paying customers. Poor driver even waited for and hour with no assistance for this takealot.
