Stay away from the App

I've been a loyal customer of Takealot, but last night I decided to make a purchase on their cellphone App.

What a disaster!

Despite paying by Credit Card and receiving confirmation on the App that they received payment (the money also being deducted from account) they now allege that the order (#543 43 867 ) has not been paid for.

Now I need to provide them with proof of payment, as the payment was made by Credit Card, I will have to visit my bank.

So do yourself a favour and stay away from the App
