Stay away from Takealot!, Find another online store that honors warranty and their own return policy

<p>Wasnt surprised to see another item from takealot fail miserably. Not only that but loose family albums of pictures and treasured moments. Then comes the return process. The hard drive was collected then returned 23 days later stating that the drive is not in warranty. No one bothered to check the invoice date?, really a whole return process and no1 checks the invoice date?, how could a whole company get that wrong? When they eventually realised their mistake they asked for a new return to be created, it is now 32 days, I have lost data, the drive they sold me was faulty and now so are there employees!, this is completely ridiculous! Their return policy states that if a return takes longer than 21 days they will refund you.... well guess what else doesnt work at takealot!</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot, the drive is within warranty, the return in past 21 days. </p> <p>Honor your own ******* policies and give me my money back!</p>
