Stay away from takealot

2 weeks ago I ordered 3 packs of 115gsm photo paper, when my delivery came, in the box was an iphone cover and charger. I called them and they logged a return. I needed the paper for an order I had to make. I had to wait 3 to 4 days for the return to reach them before I can get what I ordered. So I had no choice but to order a new batch and I had to pay express delivery fee to get it the next day even though my delivery was over R500. So yesterday I receive an email that 2 packs of paper will be delivered on Tuesday, I contacted them and told them I ordered and paid for 3 packs, why am I only getting 2. Receive an email today, only 2 packs was returned that is why I only get 2 packs. But I never received paper, I recieved stuff I did not order and I returned it. So they are *****ing my money because someone logged that i returned 2 packs of paper not 3.
