Stay away from Takealot and FNB

Unbelieveably bad service from FNB and Takealot. Been 7 weeks and still I dont have my bank card. First Takealot looses / damages the card and dont let anyone know. Then they make delivery arrangements and simply dont stick to it.

FNB and Takealot togther must be the worst client services businesses in South Africa by far!
