Stay away from Takealot!!!

I placed an order with delivery included to my address, then I paid and it said it went through, next thing I know it says I didn't pay, so I paid again but then it changed delivery to Cape Town branch for collection. I don't have a freakin car and I live in Lephalale so its impossible to now get my stuff and they didnt reply at all to me requesting them to deliver to me as I rep**** to an automated reply. They don't care about their customers and like to mess up orders. I don't think I will see the good or a refund. Takealot are a bunch of *******!!!
