Stay away from Take-a-lot

I just had the worst experience with Take-a-lot, totally ruining my X-mas spirit and totally not encouraging me to NEVER NEVER EVER get anything from them again. I bought a hoverboard from them, and they supp**** it without a charger kit. I unfortunately dd not check the package immediately - fully trusting that they had all components within the box and when I checked after box after their so called 7 day notice period. There - the charger is not there and now when I ask them to please provide me one they refuse, each contact after every single contact giving me the same lame excuse of me having opened the 7 days. So now I must suffer because they simply could not ensure that their box had all the necessary parts in the 1st place - how does this now become the customer's fault that the supplier does not do their own quality checks. I find this totally unacceptable. It's so disappointing I am SURE that I will NEVER buy anything from Them no matter how much of a saving I could make by doing so. And everybody I know , I will spread my frustration message in every corner. Businesses can be such bullies sometimes for no logical reasoning. HAIKHONA! YERRE
