Standing out with their great service

This morning I tried to place an order with a voucher that I had won in a Takealot competition.<br> The voucher didn't work, so I emailed the lady who sent it to me and within an hour she had responded and it was working.<br> In the process, I was trying to purchase an item and went to far in the checkout process to actually use the voucher that had now been unlocked.<br> No problem though, a quick call to customer services and Sherry helped me cancel my order and talked me through the steps of placing a new order that would utilize my voucher. That call took less than 10 minutes and I was checked out, discounts granted and happily completed my payment. The awesome part is that my FREE delivery is set to arrive TOMORROW!<br> Takealot has set themselves apart by offering competent client service people and awesome deals.
