Standards have dropped

Takealot.com has become completely useless! In a couple of weeks had a total of 3 items either be delayed or cancelled because of stock issues, my colleagues have had similar experiences. I was also sent an item that was clearly broken but whoever packed or checked just didn't care. Please hire more staff or properly train those currently there. Your website seems to also be inaccurate in terms of stock levels.
