I am so disappointed with the back and forth communication and incompetence at the highest level thus far. I ordered a product that was scheduled for the 5th then changed to 8th and 10th then finally arrived on the 12th of February 2025.

With all these dates changing, there was no communications sent until I sent an email complaining about the poor service provided to me.
