Staff does not even no T's and C's

Now I can understand the 1 star rating.

I ordered a phone on takealot and it broke within 10 days.

I spoke to Danielle and Imran from customer service and they were terrible.

I asked them if they could replace the same phone I have for a different color, as the one I bought is sold out.

They said no, I'll get credited and I have to re order. To me that is BS. They no for a fact the same phone is double the price now and they want the consumer to folk out the difference for the same product.

This is not the way to do business. No where in there T's & C's does it state you cannot choose a different color of the same product as a replacement.
