*********** staff at Takealot!

I purchased 2 Apple Macbook Air M1's last week, the one has a warranty and the other, the purchase date isn't updated on https://checkcoverage.apple.com/coverage, this means the warranty hasn't kicked in.

All I need for Apple is a document stating that I purchased the Apple Macbook with the serial number and purchase date, however, I was supp**** the right document with the incorrect serial number! I have an email with all of this information too. I hope this reaches someone because their service levels have dropped drastically.
