Staff are cheating customers

More than a month I am having hassel with takealot. They acknowledged they received my returned item and promised my refund. To date they still have not sent my money. Every day a different agent gives a lame excuse . Someone should take responsibility and it's totally unfair that they do not send customers refund. Someone there is a *****
