*********** staff and won't take accountability for it!

I ordered a karaoke & mic set on 2 seperate orders from Takealot. When receiving the first order it was the incorrect product. They had sent me a cheaper product than the item I ordered and had paid for. When emailing Takealot they made it seem as if the error was on my side and told me that the item will take 3-5 working days as there was a delay. Prior to this no communication was sent to me regarding the delay nor when I placed the order it their site show that there was no stock. I dealt with 3 different people for 1 issue logged.

The insane part of this ordeal was that a few days later Takealot sent me my 2nd order and the order was what I should've received for the first order placed. Takealot messed up and we're *********** in resolving this matter timeously. They gave me a cheaper product and thought I would realised that it wasn't what I ordered or paid for. These are Christmas gifts that now cannot be fulfilled, they are going to credit my account after Christmas, which doesn't help me in any way.
