Split payment, debit and credit card

I want to complain about Takealot customer care service, I received no assistance form them. Santam pay me out for a claim I have submitted. The amount on the debit card I have received were not enough to pay for the purchase and want to do the remaining amount from my credit card. I was inform that it is not posable to do a split payment, debit and credit card. I have purchase the fridge and will to another retailer to purchase the freezer.
