Spiteful and apathetic service

<p>Takealots service has been extremely apathetic and spiteful these past few months. Im not sure why but it is starting to feel ******; they see my surname and then they go out of their way to spite me. Yesterday I ordered an item early in the morning and I paid instant EFT transfer and it went through instantly and I emailed takealot the proof of the EFT and asked for them to please update my order as soon as possible but talealot ignored me as usual and only spitefully picked up the payment late in the afternoon!!! I did this because I knew the 27th is a public holiday and will effect my order! And now I see that takealot only allocated the item to me today!!! They should have done that yesterday and then they should have sent it to the couriers but they did not!!! So I paid 42 rand for nothing for the instant EFT!!! I waisted my money!!! Now takealot is going to send my order tuesday because monday is also a public holiday!!!! Takealot's service truly went down the drain and they are truly apathetic, spiteful and ******!!My order number is ********** 9.</p>
