Spit in my face Takealot

<p>After a two week drama where Takealot delivered my item to someone else and that person's item to me I finally received my parcel. This was after I got in my vehicle and made a 60km round trip during working hours to deliver the others persons parcel to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>After consideration I decided tat Takealot could afford to bare the costs of my endless phone calls, emails, fuel, time and toll fee's for delivering the other persons order. I requested a voucher be issued. Well, I guess I can retire now because they offered me......what for it...... R50. Yes, FIFTY SOUTH AFRICAN RAND. Whoa......not.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot - are you guys living in the wrong centuary? Do you believe that R50 in any way covers the cost of driving that distance during my work time, tolls and spending at least 20min on the phone with couriers and yourselves? It shows that the person who made the decision couldnt care less about his/her customer or really doesn't have a grip on reality. You can remove that pathetic gesture from my profile.</p>
