Spent the day at home as order tracker stated delivery today. No delivery

I spend loads of cash at takealot.

I placed an order on 30 Oct for a air fryer and extras.

I tracked my order stating delivery today. I made special arrangements to be at home for the delivery but no delivery. No update. Nothing.

I'm not happy at all.
