What outstanding service. I ordered an item on Monday evening for collection at a Takealot point, with an expected date of 2 - 5 Days, only to get a message less than 24 hours later (and on a public holiday) that my item was ready for collection. With the collection point open until 5pm and all the times clearly visible and up to date on the website, collection was a breeze and my son had an awesome birthday, since there was zero wait for his gift to arrive. I will definitely make use of this service again!
