speechless

on the 27/11/2015 i purchased a hello kitty fuji instastax camera and pink selfie stick for my daughter for Christmas. It was suppose to be delivered on the 02/12/2015. I phoned repeatedly only to be told they will send it, then they said they can't find it and eventually on the 07/12/2015 they phoned me and stated the item was lost and they no longer have stock and can they refund me. needles to say I was irate as it was a Christmas present. Eventually they said they would give me a replacement order of the pink mini instastax. Yesterday they stated the pink camera is out of stock i told them i need the item, call agent then told me yes the item is in stock. THIS IS NOW ridiculous i have paid for the order and I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. please arrange delivery for today. i have ordered and paid for the hello kitty camera and that is what i want i paid for it so i want it. The missing order ***, the new order *** neither one of the orders have been received. Call logged Mr D delivery ref no *** on the 7/12/2015 call apparently closed as good were delivered. I actually wanted to place another 2 orders but at this rate i do'n't believe they will honour their deals very disap
