Speechless

I purchased a product from takealot and with the purchases a small container of shea butter was added, I did not order the butter nor did I ask for the butter it was given for free to me with the purchase which makes it a gift. I returned the product because it was not as advertised and then I received an email from Francis M from takealot saying that if I don’t respond to his email in 48 hrs I will not get my money back and the product will be returned to me, I responded the same day I fact I send between 4 and 6 email to Francis M with no response back. The Shea butter is packed and waiting for Francis M to arrange for collection seeing that cheap Shea butter is like gold.
