Specials duration misleading
Hi,<br> <br> Hi recently bought from [URL Removed] a camera. There was a counter on the website that said I have only three hours left before the deal ends. It was a great deal so I thought to myself I have to get this.<br> <br> I chose free delivery and I saw that it will be delivered on Wednesday. I knew that there will be no one at home on Wednesday. So I thought I will choose the next day delivery option for R75.<br> <br> Today I checked on their site and the special was still on. So I took the wrong delivery option because of misinformation.<br> <br> I phoned the helpdesk. I wanted to change my delivery to free delivery. They said they cannot change the order because it is already with MR Delivery. Yet the website said that the order was still in the warehouse but they were adamant that the website is wrong. Mr Delivery is owned by [URL Removed] so how can it be wrong!<br> <br> The deal was great but I did not expect such a underhand sales trick from a professional company.<br> <br> Thank you.<br>
