Soundbar

I am so disappointed with takealot I sent a return on the 31st December 2020 up until today my query is not sorted yet,I bought a soundbar in October then December its stop working then I sent back the subover,remote and sound bar they came back and say they need need the accessories in oder to process my return of which I did send it to them on the 7th January up untill today no communication nothing I will never recommend Takealot to people
