Sort out the delivery's!!!

what is going on with you. Order a product on Monday and wanted to pay COD... received an email to say it was canceled because they did not receive any payment. Wednesday they tried to deliver the COD. so Tuesday i placed a new order and made an EFT payment........ this was supposed to be delivered yesterday but they could not find the address....... now the drive rocks up at home..... with no parcel.......... ***........i have been trying to call you for 2 days now.... being on hold for 10min each time with no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
