Sorry,No refund on this one

<p>In March 2016 I bought a Taurus cordlessvacuum which didnt work,got my money back then 19 April 2016 I bought Bosch 2200 W which was too weak to suction even dust on the wooden floor. Returned it and got money back. On 23 April 2016 I received my Genesis Multivotex vacuum but it was missing accesories and also overheating we returned and it was checked and sent back again with missing accesories so we kept it pack away. Tried to use it again it would overheat and stop working by just vacuuming one single couch I reported and returned it again and requested money or replace with new product and was told I cannot have money back it will be fixed and returned because of manufacturer warranty which is only 6 months. This month still same problem and I returned it and requested money back but was again told it will be fixed only. NOW,since day 1 this product has given me problems and its brand new so I was very clear from the start that I do not want it anymore cause if I cant vacuum a Single Sofa what about the whole house? If I dont get my money back I will now go to complain to Consumer protect office I dont want to accept a product that has been fixed 3 times in less than one year and still not working</p>
