I'm wondering if the people in your packing and delivery division can read, or if they simply don't care. I receive items multiple times that are not remotely what I ordered, and I have to send them back because the product is incorrect. Their packages are a nightmare; a small item will arrive in a huge box, which is not very cost-efficient.
