Somethkng stinks at Takelot

Suddely Takealot does not honour shipping times, they simply change it to a later date without consultation.

Their other latest trick is inform you just before the delivery date that their supplier is outof stock and they will credit your account. Yet they continue to advertise the products knowing they're unavailable and most probably "selling" these unavailable products over and over to unsuspecting buyers, taking their money, only to refund them later.. You must then logon to request a refund which takes a further 3 -5 workdays. I my case it was R30k they drew interest on while it cost me interest for receiving nothing. This hole thing just doesn't smell right, anyone with similar experiences? Can customers force Takelot to pay interest on refunds?
