Something not quite write

It has been now over 60 emails over a week between different agents and different departments regarding my problem. To recap my return was rejected because the seal was broken this despite me NEVER EVEN OPENING THE TAKEALOT BOX NEVERMIND THE PRODUCT BOX!!!!! Now, I am struggling to get the compromised parcel back so I can hopefully sell it and get my money back. They haven't even sent the parcel back and it is well over a week

I need their legal department details and the request is ignored. I am so distressed and anxious because they have my momey but have not sent the product back.
