Someone somewhere is dropping the ball

I ordered an instant meal replacement supplement from [URL Removed] Delivery was on time - very well done there.<br> But when I opened the package the seal was broken and some of the product had leaked into the lid - Not a problem, these things happen. I understand.<br> So I contacted Takealot so they could replace it and received an email that the product was available and the courier would contact me within two working days to arrange the replacement, Return log number RRN-1bac-29b5 Five days passed and I heard nothing. Yesterday I emailed them and inquired as to the status of the return. The gentleman who got back to me (a Mr Riyaad) said he would contact the return team and let me know and I have heard nothing from them since. I can forgive you if something has come up and for some reason you have not been able to assist me but then at least let me know. I don't mind waiting but I don't like being left in the dark.
