Somebody drank my hair serum before it left the warehouse ?

I ordered 2 hair products from Schwarzkopf (a hair mask and a serum). I have been using there products for my hair for the past 8 years so I know exactly the condition they should come in.

My serum looked like it had either been used or as if someone had a massive gulp of it. Not a cheap product either !!
