Sold Second hand goods
I have received my order *** . and i am glad that it has arrived ahead of schedule but whats the point if i receive 2nd hand goods?? Please tell me how you supposedly say the item is being ordered from the \SUPPLIER"but then they send you a 2nd hand item and you still feel its okay to send this to your customers? is there no regulation with your suppliers or what kind of supplier do you have that would send you a second hand item? i am disgusted in the service recieved from takealot as i already had to wait longer than expected for my purchase and now have to send it back and wait even longer to get what i want"""

It sounds like you could've received another customer's returned goods by mistake, which is really disappointing to hear especially after the initial misunderstanding with the order. We're really sorry for how this turned out and know it's not been a great experience.
