Sold phone not fit for purpose. Flighting about refund.

Sad toi have to post this, as have nothing but good service from Takealot over the years. However they recently sold me a Samsung S5 mini, which is not fit for purpose and should never have been on their site. After spending 2 days trying to download from Google Play Store i find out that the OS of this phone is no longer supported and no apps can be downloaded. A very expensive white elephant. They collected the return, which ad both accessories - charge and cable and earphones. Are now saying I di not return the charger cable. I certainly id. Wrapped an elastic band around it and put it in the open box. I wonder if it did not fall out in the courier's car. This is *******.
