Sold me an outdated item and refused to take it back

I am currently battling with Takealot for selling me an Xbox that has no games available in the market anymore. When I filed the return they said it was used which was a complete lie as I am unable to use it. I asked them to review as I paid R3,500 and was met with utter rudeness from the consultants and the matter has not been resolved to date.
