Sold me a damaged phone

I bought a phone from takealot it came & stayed for 2 weeks than it started with the speaker malfunctioned then it started pressing it's self then the phone started to fade away showing a white screen then I reported it thy came took the phone I gave them everything now thy are saying I owe a data cable it's been 2weeks now waiting for them tom call me or answer my emails because I gave the driver everything so now I must suffer for there driver 😭😭😭😭😭
