Sold a dangerous stove now they looking a R5 part they lost

Bought a 4 plate gas stove the stove was unsafe as the gas never shut off and wasted my gas as well as leaked gas, we returned the gas stove first they said it was short one clamp then two. It seems they don't want to do the return. When we added both to the package. The stove is extremely dangerous and takealot isn't taking it seriously, if someone had passed due to carbon monoxide poisoning what would be the out come.
