So upset with Takealot.com

I have made an order online for a powerbank last week and was given a ref no:#***2,i was told the delivery will take place on the following monday before 5pm i knock off 15:30 i since waited until 5pm hoping for them to deliver they never came,i sent an email again and was told the delivery will take place on Friday before 5pm and waited still for the delivery,no call nothing pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
