So unbelievably stupid

<p>I ordered 2 x screen protectors and 2 x phone covers for a Huawei P8 lite, after opening the products 2 where fine and 2 weren't. I received a cracked screen protector and a Huawei P8 cover. I sent pictures of what I ordered to prove I ordered the correct cover as what they advertised. I then received a second screen protector which was also cracked, but no cover yet, after receiving an email saying they had a replacement. After sending everything back, they sent someone again today to give the replacement of something, I don't even know anymore what and fetch something.. how can you fetch something that I have already sent back. Then I get a call to arrange another collection.. what would you like to collect?? Please tell me?? You have everything that you need, just send me the items, in good conditions that I ordered. Why is this so difficult for you to do?? Such **** service! Over and above all that, why is there not a quality check done before sending the damn items??</p>
