So over Takealot

I'm so over Takealot, ordered my stuff and paid almost a moth a go. Should have received my stuff on the 12th of June 2020 and nothing. And if I try to find out were my stuff is they just say they will escalate thly again. I have a birthday tomorrow and take a lot brought shame over me because I have to stand there empty handed, I needed my ink for homeschool work for my kieds but nothing. I'm so over them
